The Healthy Harvest Program is a student-run community garden under Root Causes in conjunction with the Church of Philadelphia (1309 Jackson Street, Durham, NC 27701) to grow food for the community, in the community. At the garden we use sustainable agriculture methods to cultivate ready-to-eat food crops. Volunteering with us is a great way to connect with nature while supporting community efforts to promote equitable environmental education and food security.
