We are seeking a Fundraiser Coordinator who will play a crucial role in supporting our mission by securing the resources needed to support the club's mission and activities. This position will work closely with the executive team to develop and execute fundraising strategies, identify, and cultivate donors, and organize fundraising events.
The responsibilities of the Fundraiser Coordinator Assistant include:
- Fundraising Strategy:
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising plan aligned with the organization’s goals and financial needs.
- Donor Relations:
- Identify and research potential individuals and corporate donors and cultivate relationships to secure financial support.
- Acknowledge and thank donors in a timely and personalized manner.
- Grant Writing and Research:
- Oversee and supervise the team of grant writers in the development of grant applications.
- Research and identify grant opportunities that align with the club's mission and activities.
- Support our Grant Writing Team to write compelling grant proposals and applications to secure funding.
- Fundraising Events:
- Plan and execute fundraising events, including coordinating logistics, securing sponsors, and managing volunteer teams.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of events and make recommendations for improvement.
- Campaigns and Appeals:
- Develop and manage fundraising campaigns, including online giving campaigns, peer-to-peer fundraising, and special appeals.
- Budget Oversight:
- Work closely with the treasurer to track fundraising progress and ensure alignment with budgetary goals.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of donors, contributions, and fundraising activities.
- Generate regular reports to track fundraising performance and provide updates to the leadership team.
