Who We Are
The Carolina Theatre of Durham is an active, relevant, and sustainable organization deeply engaged in the life of Durham and the residents of the Triangle. Our historic venue serves as the hub for diverse arts and entertainment experiences, presenting live events, film, and educational programs to enrich and celebrate the region.
What We Do
The Carolina Theatre of Durham presents thought-provoking performing arts, film, educational, and family programming. Additionally, we offer historical exhibits on the history of Durham, the volunteers who restored the theater, and the theater’s role in the Civil Rights Movement.
