Join Durham County Department of Public Health in hosting a training on how to give the 2022 Community Health Assessment survey. The training is 3 hours long and is interactive. This training will prepare you to go door-to-door in teams of 2 in the community to gather data from Durham County residents. This survey is used to collect data that helps make Durham County a better place by informing grants, elected officials, and other organizations in the community so they can make better decisions to improve Durham County. The surveys are held from 10am-6pm Wednesdays-Friday until mid-October.
The training will cover what the Community Health Assessment is and why it's important, safety measures, interview techniques, practice with the tablets to collect survey responses, and practicing giving the survey.
