Meals on Wheels Durham offers a variety of volunteer opportunities to make lasting impacts on older adults in the community. You can delivers meals—and smiles—to clients each weekday, help pack and load meals onto delivery vehicles, or even check in on seniors in the comfort of your own home. We have something for everybody!
Meals on Wheels of Durham is seeking volunteers to help facilitate the distribution of meals and other items to our drivers delivering to our clients.
Inside helpers assist with various operational tasks during meal distribution. The opportunity is available Monday-Friday from 8am-11am.
Soon after registering for this opportunity through Duke, you will receive an email from Meals on Wheels Durham inviting you to register in our system. Once you have registered you will receive an email with the link to sign up for a shift in our Scheduler program.
