You don't have to be a cook to help out in Community Kitchen! Volunteering at IFC is about much more than delivering groceries or providing a meal. It's a special opportunity to make a positive impact on our community. It's about honoring individual life experiences with sensitivity and awareness.
We could use some help with:
- picking up donations from local grocery stores
- sorting food donations
- sending veggies through the food processor
- chopping fruit, wrapping salads
- plating meals and serving at the hot bar
- cleaning up
- Community Kitchen serves meals Mon-Fri 11:15a-12:30p and 5:15p-6:00p; Sat and Sun 11:15a-12:00p
