Join us to help clean up Third Fork Creek, an important Durham waterway flowing through Forest Hills Park all the way to Jordan Lake, on Saturday September 24 from 9-11 am.
Volunteers will meet the Forest Hills Neighborhood Association board at the park picnic shelter off E. Forest Hills Blvd at the corner of University Drive for supplies and instructions.
Gloves, litter grabbers and trash bags will be provided by Keep Durham Beautiful. Please help us reduce waste by bringing your own reusable water bottle. Wear sturdy shoes or boots, long pants, and dress for the weather. Supervised children of all ages are welcome.
